Home construction and home improvement projects are fraught with concerns from the customer's perspective. Will the work get done on time? Will the budget be exceeded? How accessible is the contractor to answer questions? How quickly will the contractor react to changes? Will we be gouged when we request changes to the plan? What quality of workmanship can we expect? Etc?

We hired Kreps Building for an extensive home rennovation during the Summer and early Fall of 2006. There was not one single item on which we were dissatisfied. On the contrary, Greg Kreps and his team exceeded all of our expectations! Cost estimates for the project were detailed, transparent, and accurate. We came in under budget and on schedule. Greg and his team were available daily to answer questions, and issues were dealt with immediately. Changes were documented in detail, discussed openly, and only proceeded after we had signed the change approval form. All of our dealings with Greg and his employees were professional, courteous, and considerate. The workmanship was par excellence and the customer couldn't have been happier.
